The 2025 IMLCA PLAYERS SUMMIT - Northeast Regional Park
• Stipends will be paid at the conclusion of your shift.
• Food and meals will be provided to you in the Coach Hospitality Tent.
• Transportation will be provided to you from the coaches hotel (Omni Orlando Resort) to the Northeast Regional Park and back.
SHIFT TIMES:
Saturday:
• AM Shift: 8:00 am to 2:30 pm
• PM Shift: 2:30 pm to 9:00 pm
SUNDAY:
• AM Shift: 8:00 am to Noon
• PM Shift: Noon to 4:00 pm
TRANSPORTATION:
Transportation will be provided to coaches working at the Northeast Regional Park. If you are planning on taking the shuttle, please meet at the main HQ tent at OMNI where you will check-in before heading over on one of the provided shuttles. The shuttle will also be making a trip back to OMNI at the end of all shifts. Please plan to arrive 45 minutes early to ensure enough time to check-in, receive your field assignments, and shuttle over.
