True Players Seminar October 2023

True Lacrosse is holding a Players Seminar for their Northern California and Colorado regional teams on Sunday, October 15th between 7 pm EST/ 4 pm PST via a virtual Zoom session. They would like your help and expertise to join the hour call to help educate their players on: • General recruiting • Mental toughness (ex. What are some of the skills you teach your players?) • Nutrition and Preparation (ex. What are some of the training programs expect of collegiate lacrosse players during the season and post season?) • Making the leap from middle school to high school to collegiate lacrosse (ex. How should players be thinking about their preparation and development as they move from one level to the next?) You’ll present for about 40 to 45 minutes using PowerPoint and then answer a few Q&As for 5 to 10 minutes.
